If you ever wondered whose name was on a painting, but could not decipher who the artist is, then this site is dedicated to determining an artist name on works of art that you cannot decipher or determine. Knowing the name of the artist can allow one to determine the value of the work of art.
Our team comprises skilled researchers and art historians with years of experience in analyzing artist signatures. We employ meticulous methods to ensure precise identification and analysis of signatures.
Our team of experts will evaluate your artwork and make a determination of the possible artist that could have created the work of art. Artist Sleuth uses a variety of resources to determine your monogram, indistinguishable signature, or mark.
A $25 initial deposit is required, and the remainder of payment is due once our research is complete. If we are greater than 90% sure of the artist, we will release this information to you after the remainder of payment. The cost is $100 per work of art.
HOW TO SUBMIT
The following information MUST be included with your order:
1. Send clear, distinct pictures of the front of your painting. Pictures should be taken of each section: NW, NE, SW, and SE broken down by four sections.
2. Send a clear, distinct picture of the signature and/or monogram.
3. Send a clear, distinct picture of the back of your painting or piece of art.
4. Send pictures of the side of the painting or piece of art.
5. Include information where your artwork was purchased.
6. Include any other relevant information you know about the painting in question.
